The yealink 1203703 (MeetingBoard 86 Pro) is an all-in-one enterprise collaborative endpoint engineered for large-scale video conferencing, interactive whiteboarding, and unified communications. Designed for medium to large boardrooms, executive suites, and corporate training rooms, this integrated hardware platform eliminates the management and cabling complexities of multi-device AV setups. The system unifies a commercial-grade 4K touchscreen display, an advanced multi-lens camera system, a beamforming microphone matrix, and full spatial audio into a single chassis.

Operating on a native Android 13 architecture with MDEP enterprise security, the 86-inch flat panel utilizes direct-lit LED technology coupled with a high-precision infrared touch matrix supporting 20 simultaneous touchpoints. For visual communications, the hardware features an integrated triple-eye 50MP camera array optimized by a dedicated AI video processor. This sub-system supports automatic framing, speaker tracking, Video Fence containment, and IntelliFocus, which frames active speakers while presenting a panoramic layout of the physical room. An integrated physical privacy shutter automates lens obstruction when sessions terminate.
