Eaton CSC48AC Tripp Lite Series 48-Port AC Charging Cart
Overview :
The Eaton CSC48AC is a robust 48-device AC Mobile Charging Cart designed to efficiently charge, secure, and organize up to 48 Chromebooks, laptops, or tablets in diverse environments such as education, healthcare, retail, and offices. This solution directly addresses the operational challenge of managing numerous portable devices by providing centralized power delivery and secure storage within a mobile, easily deployable unit. It ensures devices are always ready for use while minimizing clutter and reducing the risk of theft or damage. Equipped with 48 internal NEMA 5-15R outlets, the CSC48AC delivers up to 1,440 watts of total charging power. The intelligent design incorporates an hourly timer that alternates charging between two color-coded zones, preventing circuit overloads and conserving energy. A built-in circuit breaker further safeguards connected equipment against unexpected power surges. This controlled charging process extends battery life and ensures consistent power delivery across all devices without requiring manual intervention. Constructed from heavy-duty steel with a black powder-coated finish, the charging cart offers secure storage with front and back doors that lock with included keys, and the option for a user-supplied padlock for enhanced security. Flow-through ventilation prevents overheating, and specially coated shelves protect devices from scratches. Its mobile form factor is supported by large, non-marking swivel casters and a reversible wide-grip handle, allowing for easy repositioning. Integrated cable management and a 10-foot input cord simplify deployment, while dual external NEMA 5-15R outlets and an in-cabinet RJ45 jack provide convenient connectivity for peripherals like monitors or wireless access points.
