It’s used by IT engineers, field technicians, and device provisioning teams to connect iPhones, iPads, and iPods to USB‑A hosts for simultaneous charging and data transfer. The cable solves the need for a certified accessory capable of both power delivery and data‑sync over standard USB ports on computers or chargers.

This cable implements the USB 2.0 specification with up to 480 Mbps data transfer and supports charging at up to 5 V/2.4 A (≈12 W) to Apple devices. The reversible Lightning plug allows insertion in either direction, reducing user friction when connecting in tight spaces.
