The Eaton N042D-100V-WH / Tripp Lite is a vertical blank center plate insert for Decora-style wall plates, designed to cover unused in-wall ports or openings and protect them from debris, tampering and unauthorized cable connections.
The blank insert provides a clean, finished appearance when installed in a compatible Decora-style wall plate. It is intended for premise-wiring installations where unused keystone positions need to remain covered until a permanent connection is installed. The insert is constructed from ABS and finished in white. Two mounting screws are included for flush installation with a compatible Decora-style wall plate, which is sold separately. It can be used with wall-plate configurations supporting Cat5/5e, Cat6, Cat6a, DisplayPort, HDBaseT, HDMI and USB keystone installations.
