APC AR8654 Cable Radius Drop (Set of 2)
Overview
The APC AR8654 is a rack accessory designed to protect network and power cables by maintaining their bend radius as they transition from overhead pathways into racks. This set includes two radius drop units, mounting hardware, and installation instructions. Each drop forms a smooth curved surface, preventing excessive bending or damage to cable sheaths and conductors. The AR8654 easily attaches to the tops of NetShelter racks, open-frame enclosures, or cable ladder rungs. Commonly used in data centers and structured cabling environments, it improves cable organization, extends cable life, and ensures compliance with best installation practices for copper and fiber systems. Its black finish matches standard rack aesthetics, and the durable construction ensures long-term reliability in demanding IT environments.
