Overview :

The APC SRYLPD0 is a blanking rear panel accessory designed for integration with the Smart-UPS Modular Ultra series. It provides a cover for the unused PDU (Power Distribution Unit) bay at the back of a rack-mounted UPS module, helping maintain airflow management and rack hygiene. IT infrastructure engineers deploy this panel when a PDU slot is unpopulated, avoiding unnecessary ventilation paths or cable entry points in a data-centre rack cabinet. The accessory is suited for secure server-room, edge-rack or campus infrastructure installations where the Smart-UPS Modular Ultra platform is in use. Its simple mechanical design fits within the same chassis footprint as compatible rear PDU modules, allowing alignment with standard mounting rails and ensuring proper enclosure continuity without functional PDU electronics.
