Overview

The HPE 868000-B21 is a front-panel accessory kit designed for the HPE ProLiant DL360 Gen10 server chassis configured with eight small-form-factor (8 SFF) drive bays. It provides a combination of unused optical drive bay blanking, additional DisplayPort and USB front-panel connections, as well as cable routing for these interfaces. This kit is used during OEM builds or field upgrades when an optical drive is omitted and the front I/O needs modification, maintaining full functional and aesthetic integration with the chassis. It suits data-centre compute racks where the 8SFF configuration is used and no optical drive is required, but front-panel USB/DisplayPort access remains needed.
