Overview :

The HP Q2020A is a Super DLT II (SDLT II) blank data cartridge designed for use by storage engineers and backup administrators to expand high-capacity tape libraries. It supports a native capacity of 300 GB and a compressed capacity of up to 600 GB in compatible SDLT 600 drives. The cartridge fits into branch or data-center library environments that continue to use SDLT mechanisms and need cost-effective archival media. It integrates with HP StorageWorks tape libraries and automation systems that support SDLT format, providing a migration path for existing DLT/SDLT deployments. Its build quality and specification support enterprise backup workflows rather than consumer use.
