Overview

The APC BK650EI is a standby (offline) uninterruptible power supply (UPS) designed to provide temporary AC continuity and surge protection for networking equipment, workstations, storage, and small office electronics operating on 230 V mains. It's typically deployed by IT technicians and facilities support personnel to prevent data loss and maintain orderly shutdown during short utility outages, brownouts, or voltage transients.

This UPS delivers up to 650 VA (400 W) of apparent and effective power, engaging its internal battery automatically when incoming utility voltage falls outside defined thresholds.
