Overview

The APC AP4421A is a rack‑mount automatic transfer switch (ATS) engineered to preserve AC power continuity for single‑powered IT equipment by automatically switching load between two redundant 230 V sources. It’s deployed by data center engineers, electrical infrastructure teams, and facilities support personnel where sustained AC supply is required in telecom, server, and network racks. The ATS integrates with redundant utility or UPS feeds, ensuring loads remain powered when one source fails.

This model is rated for 10 A continuous current at 230 V AC, providing up to 2000 VA of load capacity.
