Overview

The APC AP4450A is a 1-U rack Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) engineered for redundant power in single-phase 100/120 V systems. This switch is suited for server racks, network closets, or edge installations where single-corded devices need reliable dual-feed protection.It comes with dual NEMA 5-15P input cords and distributes power through 10 NEMA 5-15R output receptacles. The unit supports remote monitoring and management via Ethernet (10/100/1000) and USB, and includes a field-replaceable Network Management Card (NMC) to ensure serviceability without taking the unit offline. The switch handles loads up to 1440 VA (15 A) under nominal conditions and is rated for ±10 % input voltage tolerance.
