The Eaton P568FMM-40M-8K6 is a 40-meter HDMI 2.1 active optical cfable designed for long-distance ultra-high-definition AV transmission in enterprise, broadcast, digital signage, and commercial display environments. It combines optical fiber transport with detachable HDMI and Micro-HDMI connectors to simplify structured cabling and conduit routing in permanent AV infrastructure deployments.

The cable supports up to 48 Gbps bandwidth and delivers UHD 8K video at 60 Hz with 4:4:4 chroma subsampling for high-fidelity image reproduction. It also supports HDR, Dynamic HDR, HDCP 2.3, eARC, VRR, ALLM, QMS, and QFT for low-latency multimedia and gaming applications. Optical transmission minimizes EMI/RFI interference and maintains signal integrity across extended cable runs where copper HDMI cabling becomes unreliable.

Detachable HDMI Type-A adapters reveal Micro-HDMI Type-D connectors, allowing easier installation through one-inch conduit and confined cable pathways commonly found in conference rooms, control centers, rack deployments, and digital signage systems.
