HPE P59071-001 NVIDIA L4 24GB PCIe 4.0 Accelerator
Overview
The HPE P59071-001 is a dedicated PCIe accelerator designed to dramatically boost performance for artificial intelligence, video processing, and graphics-intensive workloads in enterprise server environments. This component is engineered specifically for HPE ProLiant servers, providing a verified and reliable solution for data centers and edge deployments looking to handle complex computational tasks more efficiently. It directly addresses the need for powerful, yet power-efficient, processing for modern applications. At its core, this accelerator utilizes the NVIDIA L4 Tensor Core GPU, equipped with 24GB of high-speed GDDR6 memory. This configuration delivers the capacity and bandwidth required to process large datasets for AI model training, real-time inference, and high-resolution video transcoding. Its single-slot, low-profile design operates within a modest 72W power envelope, enabling dense deployments in rack servers without requiring significant cooling or power infrastructure upgrades, translating to a lower total cost of ownership. Ideally deployed in 1U or 2U HPE ProLiant servers, such as the DL320 Gen11, this accelerator fits seamlessly into existing infrastructure. Its half-length form factor ensures broad physical compatibility. Management is simplified through native integration with HPE Integrated Lights-Out (iLO), which allows IT administrators to monitor the accelerator's health, manage firmware, and oversee thermal controls securely and remotely from a single, familiar interface.
